RayShaun Urban AI ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share information when you use the RayShaun mobile app and website at rayshaunai.com (collectively, the "Service").
When you use RayShaun, we may collect the following:
• Account Information: Email address and encrypted password when you create an account.
• Chat Data: Messages you send to and receive from the RayShaun AI assistant, stored to enable conversation sync across devices.
• Uploaded Content: Photos, images, and PDF documents you upload for AI analysis, visual feedback, image editing, or character art generation. Uploaded content may be temporarily processed, transmitted, or stored as needed to operate the requested feature and maintain the Service.
• Notes: Any notes you save within the app.
• Voice Data: Audio you choose to record or submit for voice features, speech-to-text, translation, or RayShaun voice playback.
• Location Data: Approximate or precise location you choose to share for route planning, nearby results, or RayShaun Voice GPS. Location access is permission-based and can be revoked in device settings.
• Connected Tool Data: Commands, device names, bridge status, route destinations, or smart-home automation responses when you choose to connect those features.
• Usage Data: App interactions, selected lingo preferences, device type, operating system, and general usage patterns.
• Payment Information: Subscription and payment data is processed securely by Stripe. We do not store credit card information directly.
• Provide and improve the RayShaun AI chat experience
• Sync your conversations, notes, and preferences across devices
• Process uploaded images and documents for AI analysis
• Process voice, translation, location, navigation, and smart-home requests when you choose to use those features
• Manage your account and subscription

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a cloud-hosted database with encryption at rest and in transit. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information.
• Anthropic (Claude API): Powers AI conversations. Messages are sent to Anthropic's API for processing.
• Supabase: Provides authentication and database services.
• Stripe: Processes subscription payments securely.
• Stability AI: Powers AI image generation for RayShaunCreate.
• ElevenLabs: Powers RayShaun custom voice text-to-speech when voice is enabled.
• Mapbox: Powers route lookup for RayShaun Voice GPS navigation features.
• Render: Hosts backend server infrastructure.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share data only with service providers needed to operate the Service, process payments, authenticate users, generate AI responses, process voice/image/navigation requests, or run user-authorized connected tools. We may disclose information if required by law.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days.

RayShaun requests access to your photo library so you can upload images for AI character art and image analysis. The app also saves AI-generated images to your photo library. These permissions are optional and can be revoked in your device settings.
RayShaun may request microphone, speech recognition, and location permissions for voice input, translation, RayShaun voice playback, nearby results, and Voice GPS route guidance. These permissions are optional, device-controlled, and can be revoked in your device settings.
Smart-home features require user authorization and a properly configured third-party bridge, such as Home Assistant or secure webhooks. RayShaun does not automatically control devices without a connected bridge and user-approved commands.
RayShaun is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted here with an updated effective date.

RayShaun Urban AI is for personal and business use. You must be 18 or older to use RayShaun. You agree not to use RayShaun for illegal activities, harassment, hate speech, unauthorized access, unsafe automation, or to harm yourself or others in any way.
All content, code, design, branding, lingo systems, AI prompt architecture, and features of RayShaun Urban AI are the exclusive intellectual property of RayShaun Urban AI LLC and are protected by United States and international copyright law. The name RayShaun Urban AI, RayShaunCreate, and all associated marks are protected by trademark. Unauthorized use of any RayShaun trademark or branding is strictly prohibited.
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of your account, legal action, and claims for damages:
The RayShaun lingo prompt system, cultural dialect architecture, identity protection system, and AI configuration are proprietary trade secrets of RayShaun Urban AI LLC. Any attempt to discover, expose, or reproduce these systems is a violation of applicable trade secret law and these Terms of Service.
Free plan includes 20 responses per day at no charge. Pro plan is $20/month and includes unlimited responses, uploads, image analysis, and RayShaunCreate image generation. Executive plan is $200/month and includes all Pro features plus RayShaun Genius Mode, RayShaun Studio, Away Mode, Scheduled monitors, Private Chat, money intelligence, and deeper business strategy capabilities. Some connected features require third-party accounts, APIs, permissions, devices, or automation bridges and may not work until those services are configured. All payments are processed securely by the applicable payment provider. You may cancel your subscription at any time. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods except where required by law.
RayShaun is an AI assistant, not a human professional. AI responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or inappropriate for your situation. All responses are for informational, educational, organizational, and entertainment purposes only and do not constitute legal, financial, tax, medical, mental health, accounting, engineering, safety, or other licensed professional advice. Always consult a qualified professional before making important decisions. RayShaun Urban AI LLC makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of any AI-generated content.
RayShaun may provide general wellness, reflection, emotional support, or life-organization help, but RayShaun is not a therapist, doctor, crisis counselor, emergency service, or substitute for professional care. RayShaun does not diagnose conditions, prescribe treatment, or provide emergency intervention. If you may harm yourself or others, are in danger, or are experiencing a medical or mental-health emergency, call emergency services immediately or contact a trusted person or qualified crisis resource in your area.
RayShaun's money, investing, business, and legal features are for education, research organization, scenario planning, and tradeoff discussion only. RayShaun is not a bank, broker-dealer, investment adviser, tax preparer, attorney, or fiduciary. RayShaun does not place trades, manage assets, guarantee returns, recommend that you buy or sell a specific security, or create an attorney-client relationship. You are responsible for your own decisions and should consult licensed professionals for personalized advice.
RayShaun Voice GPS and route features are guidance tools only. Routes, traffic, timing, and spoken directions may be inaccurate, delayed, unavailable, or unsafe in certain conditions. Always follow traffic laws, road signs, and real-world conditions. Smart-home features require user authorization, compatible third-party services, and properly configured bridges or webhooks. RayShaun does not guarantee that connected-device commands will execute, and users are responsible for safe setup, permissions, monitoring, and compliance with all manufacturer instructions and applicable laws.
RayShaun may connect to or link out to third-party services such as AI providers, payment processors, app stores, maps, voice services, smart-home platforms, email providers, and research websites. Those services are governed by their own terms, privacy policies, availability, pricing, and safety rules. RayShaun Urban AI LLC is not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, account restrictions, data practices, charges, or command failures.
RayShaun Urban AI LLC takes intellectual property rights seriously. If you believe your copyright has been infringed upon, please contact us at hello@rayshaunai.com. We will respond promptly to all valid DMCA takedown notices. We also reserve the right to file DMCA claims against any party that copies, reproduces, or distributes our proprietary content without authorization.
RayShaun Urban AI LLC actively monitors for violations of these Terms. Violations of the prohibited activities section may result in account termination, civil litigation, injunctive relief, statutory damages where available under applicable law, and recovery of attorney's fees and court costs where permitted. We take violations seriously and may pursue legal remedies to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RayShaun Urban AI LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, AI output, third-party services, connected-device features, navigation features, or automation commands. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Service is to discontinue use. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding any claim, except where such limitation is prohibited by law.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of North Carolina.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of RayShaun after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes.
